I’m very new to building PCs and got this case as my first (re)build (brother built my first PC years back and I have been upgrading the hardware, the case being the latest update). From my experience, working with this case was a breeze for someone who only knew the basics.
First the negative (so far):
The tempered glass panel is incredibly difficult to remove. At times, especially in the beginning, I felt like I was going to shatter it. It is SNUG in its place. If you’re in your computer often, something to consider.
EASY FIX: I took a screwdriver and slotted it into the spots where the glass secures in place and wiggled them side to side to loosened them. I did it enough that it was still secure but not a pain to remove. Highly recommend to do this step immediately after taking the glass out.
The case itself only comes with 2 fans installed, which may be the norm (I’m new to this). Work this into your budget if you’re limited on funds when building from the ground up.
Not a huge negative but: It’s a pretty big case and says ATX for the motherboard size BUT it is compatible with micro-ATX (confirmed on manufacturer’s site before buying). Mine fits in just fine but it just looks almost “empty” by comparison to other builds I’ve seen. More of an aesthetic thing, if you care about that.
Also, while it does fit the micro-ATX, make sure that you move the threads that are used to secure the motherboard. I did not do this and learned afterwards. The bottom of the motherboard will dip when trying to attach the various cables and connectors (USB, hd audio, fans, etc.).
Positives:
Cable management is SO easy with this case. My previous case was extremely limited with the back panel, it really felt like everything was crammed. Everything just fits so well and there are channels for all the different directions cables can go.
Minor point but it was something great for me, I like where you can attach the SSDs/HDD in the back instead of the bottom where the PSU is. I don’t have a modular PSU so all the cables I don’t use are just shoved down there, but there was plenty of space below even with the fan near the bottom.
When you install more fans (2-120 mm in the front and 2-120 mm on top for my set up) the airflow is extremely effective. I don’t plan to push my system to need to be cooled to an extreme level but I can tell that if you eventually need to build a system to have that option, this would a great case to have it with.
Even with all the panels removed, the case FEELS stable. Quality material, sturdy, etc. Plus, it looks very sleek and clean. There can be some pretty wild/unique cases which is great if you want that, but it’s a simple, straightforward design that just fits my needs perfectly.
Overall:
I’m sure I’m missing points with my inexperience but I’m very happy with this case. Easily a 5 out of 5 for me so far even with the biggest negative being the tempered glass panel. Adjust the spots where the connectors go and it will feel completely different.

recently built my PC using the NZXT H5 Flow case, and I couldn’t be more impressed with its performance. I’m running an Intel i7-12700K paired with an Nvidia RTX 4070, along with a Cooler Master Halo 212 RGB cooler, and this case keeps everything running incredibly cool. Even under heavy load, my CPU never exceeds 60°C, and the GPU stays around 69°C, which is fantastic for high-performance components.
The airflow in the H5 Flow is exceptional. The front mesh panel lets in plenty of fresh air, while the overall design ensures that airflow is optimized throughout the case. Cable management is also a breeze with the built-in channels and Velcro straps, making for a clean, professional-looking build.
The case itself is sleek and minimalistic, with great build quality. The tempered glass side panel allows me to show off my components while keeping things protected. Plus, the RGB lighting from my cooler looks amazing through the case's transparent panel.
Overall, the NZXT H5 Flow is a fantastic case for anyone looking to build a high-performance, cool-running system. It's stylish, functional, and does an excellent job of keeping temperatures low even during intense gaming or rendering sessions. Highly recommended!

So, the pro's:
Great airflow!
Lots of room to work with.
Mounts for 2.5" and 3.5" disks.
Great cable management options and very easy to assemble and install components.
Plenty of fan mounts, with many of those allowing for AIO's and custom water cooling.
Optional vertical graphics card mount available.
Plenty of screws and other hardware included.
----------------------
The cons:
So the rest of these are minor gripes, but might influence some of you.
The top dust filter is magnetically secured, but the magnets are typical adhesive strip magnets where the adhesive is sometimes not as strong as the magnetic force. Basically, sometimes the strips come off the filter and stay attached to the case.
The metallic, umm, strip towards the front of the case, I think it's used as both a mount for a pump and as cable management. Ok some motherboards the bend in the middle can interfere with the USB3, USB type C, and other connectors.
It's a white case but comes with black screws.
No reset button.
That's basically it!

Very good case. It is overall very well made and sturdy. Made building the pc easy and fast with no problem. The 2 things that weren’t the best were that it did not come with all the fans so you would have to spend a little bit more for those. The other thing is that the glass was a little bit hard to put in and take out. Overall very nice case and I definitely recommend.
Note: this was my first build and it made it
easy so i recommend for beginners too.
Other note: It does NOT come with RGB fans so in the photo those were from my pre built pc.

The aesthetic is super clean and thermals are excellent if you alread own 1-2 120m fans for the front. Outstanding for cable management and the perfect size to sit on your desk. Not sure what Turnak is taliing about. I can unscrew everything with a phillips head screwdriver.

A:Not sure if you're asking just about the case or how it's represented in the images, but this isn't a whole computer. It's just a case. However, I'll answer just on the case itself. The H5 was a very popular case when it came out, most NZXT cases are. However, a lot of NZXT cases had glass fronts, meaning very little ventilation for air intake, which would hamper overall cooling. The H5 flow fixes this by utilizing a metal mesh front panel with plenty of airflow, allowing for much better cooling. That, combined with plenty of other vents, mounts for various fans or radiators (AIO or custom built), means this will be a good case from a cooling standpoint.
