A: Yes, it features password protection and 128-bit AES hardware encryption to help keep your files secure.- A: I used it on 4 Mac OS (MacBook Air from 2014, Mac Mini M1, MacBook Air M1, and Mac Pro 2009) computers to transfer files. I didn’t have to install any drivers nor softwares. It was a plug and play experience. On the older Mac hardware I had to use the included USB-C to USB-A cable and on the new hardware the included USB-C to USB-C cable.

This SSD should work with most higher-end mobile phones that do provide sufficient power. However, we would suggest you check the same with your host device manufacturer.
