I think this is a great phone, especially because it has a backup battery if the power goes out. But ultimately, I bought a different phone because wanted a white phone. I wish this model came in white.

Love the Panasonic phone set! It anounces who is calling and displays the name. I only wish the volume could be increased a little more. We have it up as loud as it will go and would like a bit more volume for our older ears. Very happy with the phones.

I bought these phones for my Mom. She really likes them and would’ve given 5 stars except the volume doesn’t seem to be as high as her old phones and a little harder to access her saved contacts.

I needed to replace my phone and liked this one. Lots of good features. When you get a call, it will tell you who is calling. It is easy to read the numbers and is really clear when talking on the phone. There is an answer machine,block caller,and even bluetooth. It does take sometime to learn everything, but so worth it.
