Shameless: The Complete Sixth Season [Blu-ray] [2 Discs]

As any tv show grows older, the tendency to overstay their welcome becomes a larger risk factor with every new season. The need for a paycheck often outlives the passion. I remain hopeful that Shameless will know when to stop, and this season feels like a move toward some sort of resolution for the Gallagher family. That being said, I have loved every season of this show to date, this one included. It can be hilarious at times, and take a 180-degree turn into serious territory. This show is recommended for anyone with a devilish sense of humor, and an appreciation for well crafted drama. Whiteboy Carl 4-eva!!!

Every season is more and more frustrating to watch, but in a good way. Each character has some serious issues to deal with, but it's comical and gut-wrenching at the same time. All of the characters are great to watch and the show continues to get better just when you get to the point of thinking there's not much else they could possibly do to this family.

What can I say? Another outstanding season of one of my favorite new addictions. The acting is outstanding. The writing is awesome. The storylines that these characters go through is thrilling to watch and emotional. Anyone still trying to catch up before season 7 here's your chance. Season 6 is now available at a really low price.

How do I explain the characters? These kids have raised themselves without decent role models. All they have is each other and a will to survive. Could be tragic. At times it is. But they do survive the craziness of their lives. And it makes you feel good to see them prevail. All the seasons are good.

Just when you think the worst and most tragic has befallen the Gallagher Clan, the writers throw in the baggage of the more extended family characters combined with patriarch Franks invasive chaos leading to another cluster-muck of a season finale. Fans of the show wont be disappointed!

It is on breathless wings and a short string. A little whine, a little dance, a beer and a smile to while away my time. A wonderful, dysfunction comedy about the exploits of the Gallagher's as the lie cheat and steal all in the name of family A lot of Heart!

I have all the seasons and all are all great seasons for Shameless. This is the best action-packed Showtime series. It shows you what a family goes through in Chicago and I think it shows struggles of today compared to today's crazy world we live in.

Hard to believe that people will do some of the things they show this family going through but at this point hard to shock me about anything Frank will do. Continues the story line with each of the main characters, Fiona gets a bum deal as usual, wish she could catch a break but that's the story line. Frank steps in it and comes out smelling like a rose as usual.
